Chimney Crown Repair
A chimney crown is a masonry roof that covers the top of your chimney. It prevents water from seeping into the masonry
below. Cracked or deteriorated chimney crowns can lead to water leaks and water damage and result in costly repairs.
We repair damaged chimney crowns and prevent future problems by professionally installing a flexible rubbery, waterproof sealant that looks just like cement. Referred to as 
Flex Crown or CrownCoat, it is applied over the entire chimney crown surface. A professionally installed application stops further water intrusion through the crown and carries a 15 year warranty. It's
specifically formulated to withstand the severe weather and thermal stress to which chimneys are exposed.
In situations where the cracks in the crown are too extensive or the crown is too deteriorated to be repaired, a new concrete crown can be formed and poured.
