Chimney Inspections
We provide 2 types of chimney inspection services. A Level I inspection is the most
basic inspection and is a visual inspection conducted during each chimney sweeping. A Level II inspection is more comprehensive and includes a
video scan of the interior of your chimney using

Chimney Cleaning
Chimney Cleaning - or "Chimney Sweeping" as it's more properly known - is a process in which our CSIA certified chimney sweep technicians use brushes on extending rods
to physically clean the inside of the chimney to dislodge and remove dangerous and flammable creosote, built-up soot, and other debris. Chimney sweeping services are provided
for all types of chimneys and flues including open fire (fireplace) chimneys and flues, as well as for other coal, gas, oil, and wood-fired heating systems and cooking appliances.

Chimney and Fireplace Repairs
We offer a full suite of chimney and fireplace repair services. These include:
Repair or replacement of chimney crowns, chase covers,
flashing, and dampers; chimney and fireplace brick and masonry
repair, restoration and tuckpointing;
chimney rebuilding; water penetration, smoke, and air intake (draft) remediation; and much more.

Custom Chase Covers
We install custom made chase covers for the tops of modern prefabricated fireplace chimney chases. These high-quality
chase covers come in either stainless steel, copper, or galvanized steel. For chimneys where the existing chase cover is
damaged beyond repair, this is the perfect solution.

Chimney Liner Installation
We reline all types of chimney flues using only the finest quality stainless steel liners. Our chimney relines also include either ceramic wrap or thermocrete
for additional protection to ensure your chimney is well insulated to withstand the highest of temperatures. Read more about chimney relining.

Chimney Cap Installation
Installing a chimney cap offers the best protection against moisture, leaves, debris, insects, birds, and animals from entering your chimney. We install high-quality stainless steel chimney caps in a
variety of standard sizes. We also offer custom chimney caps in other finishes or for non-standard sizes.

Chimney Waterproofing
Chimneys are highly exposed to the elements and, if left unprotected, are susceptible to structural deterioration and
discoloration. We use a top-of-the-line breathable waterproofing substance which is sprayed on the exterior of the chimney
to seal the masonry and stop leaks. Our water repellent product penetrates and lines masonry pores to reduce water absorption and protect it from
destructive water penetration. This means water vapors escape from the masonry, preventing deterioration, freeze-thaw damage,
spalling, scaling and the need for expensive masonry reconstruction.

Top-Mount Dampers
We install top mounted fireplace dampers. We offer several different brands and styles to choose from. Top mount dampers are often used as
replacements for leaky throat dampers. A top mount damper provide four season protection for your chimney. When closed, it serves as a chimney cap to
seal in heat and air conditioning, and to seal out birds, animals, insects and debris. Some models come with caps so even when the damper is open,
it still protects the chimney from birds, animals, insects and debris. Top mount dampers open and close by means of a cable dropped down the chimney to an easily
accessible handle that mounts to the inside of the firebox. See Demo

nesting materials safely and humanely and in accordance with federal law (some animals, such as the Chimney Swift are protected by federal
law and removal must follow federal and state guidelines). We recommend installing a good quality chimney cap to prevent pests from entering
your chimney in the future.

We install quality solar attic fans made by Natural Light Energy Systems. The Natural Light solar attic fan is a simple and environmentally sensible solution
that can protect your home and save you money. Powered completely by free solar energy, this sleek and efficient vent is both compact and quiet. Needs no electrical
wiring. Operating up to 850 cfms, a 10 watt unit can fully vent up to 1,200 square feet. A 20 watt unit, operating at up to 1,200 cfms, can fully vent up to 2000 square feet. Place it wherever you need improved circulation.
