Merchandise gift certificates may be ordered in a variety of denominations and are easily redeemable online. Merchandise gift certificates
may be used to purchase any merchandise sold on our online store.

How to Redeem Your Gift Certificate:
Shop our online store
where you can choose from hundreds of quality hearth products and accessories. Find
an item you wish to purchase. Check out using PayPal as your payment option. Log in to your account. You must have or
register for a free PayPal account to redeem the gift certificate. (To register for an account, click Sign Up Now on the PayPal website.)
When prompted, enter your gift certificate redemption code and follow the last steps to redeem your gift certificate.

Service Gift Certificates
Gift certificates for prepaid services may be ordered in a variety of denominations and may be used toward the purchase of any of our services.
Service gift certificates are purchased through PayPal and, as with all PayPal transactions, ordering is always safe and secure.
 
How to Purchase Your Service Gift Certificate:
Purchase a service gift certificate just as you would any other online merchandise. Select the
gift certificate denomination you wish to purchase. Check out using PayPal as your payment option.
When we receive payment for your gift certificate order, we will mail you a printed gift certificate in the denomination you selected.
Unless otherwise indicated, the gift certificate will be mailed to you, the purchaser, at the name and shipping address specified during checkout.
If you would like the gift certificate mailed directly to a gift recipient, please provide their name and address in the box labeled
"Add special instructions to merchant" on the PayPal checkout page. If the gift certificate is being sent to a gift recipient, we will notify you
by email when we mail the gift certificate to them. Please note that we are not responsible for lost or misdirected gift
certificates that are requested to be sent to a name or address other than that of the purchaser.
How to Redeem Your Service Gift Certificate:
- Schedule a service or repair and indicate that you will be applying a gift certificate. Provide the certificate serial number printed on the gift certificate.
All gift certificates must be verified by us prior to acceptance. Only verified gift certificates will be honored.
- Service gift certificates are redeemable after verification and must be given to the technician at the time of service.
- Multiple service gift certificates can be redeemed on a single service or repair.
- If the service performed exceeds the value of the gift certificate amount, bearer is responsible for payment of the difference at time
of service.
- Unused service gift certificate balances will remain as a credit in bearer's account and may be applied toward future services.
